    CRN for a child?

Apparently DD needs a CRN (or CAN whatever they are calling them this week) so we can have our CCTR calculated. How do I get this for her? I tried online services but it said the service can't be used by a child under 12.

Do you mean a customer number?

Each child is given a number when you send in the Centrelink forms you get when they are born. My kids numbers were on our health care card when we had it.

I think if you ring them they should be able to tell you what it is.

call fao - they'll give it to you (and make sure your details are right for cctr at their end)

You will all have CRN numbers, I discovered DH had one when I needed to fill in creche forms. Ring 136150 and they will be able to give them all to you.
It's handy to do online, that's pretty much the only way I deal with Centrelink or I use the Medicare Office.
