Springwater - which one tastes best?

Im going to get springwater delivered again, the kids drink it more and its better than tap water... sooo... it's all about taste - which water delivery company do you use and what do you think tastes best?

Kelly I am not sure on the Spring Water deliveries but for the long term cost why don't you look into a reverse osmosis filter?

We have a bench top one and the taste is excellent. Pure, clean and crisp

ETA - or, if you have the $$ to really invest, I'd get an ecoloblue - these weren't available in Aus when we bought ours.

All springwater tastes the same to me.
Why not get a puratap installed? I think they're only around the $150 mark and they're really good!

we get neverfail and have never had any bottles that have tasted stale or anything - mum and dad get cool aqua springs and had a run of four of them that were pretty ordinary (stale)

I'd definitely be looking into a filtration system Kel. We have Puratap here (not sure if you have that brand in Vic) I got the large filters on mine which only need changing once a year. About to have them done this friday actually for $69.

ETA - Oh you rent don't you? You'd have to ask your landlord if you could have one installed if you do.

Maybe I will look into this then. We're moving soon so no point installing anything now. I know the really good ones are really exxy. My friend who is into natural health in a big way gave me a rundown, she has an extremely expensive one and recommends investing in the better ones. Don't want to make a major purchase though!!!

We have used Neverfail and they were really good. Prompt delivery and great tasting water. We now have a good quality filter under the sink. It cost just less than $300 to install and was by far the best thing we have done! Perfect water for drinking, cooking and for bub.

we must have really really really bad water out here! those filter systems are useless - mum and dad hve their water filtered before it goes into the house, then again at the kitchen tap - and we still can't drink it! the filters that should last a year last less then 12 weeks

we have a tank here - DH can drink the water but i can't drink it as water by itself - fine in cooking and cuppas, but not as water just to drink - makes me unwell. we go through about 90L of spring water a month (and i drink the bulk of it!)

Kelly I'd be really interested to know what your friend thinks of the ecoloblu - it's amazing, it stands in your home just like a neverfail thing yet it takes moisture from the air and turns it into pure drinking water.

We had Neverfail when I was growing up. My nan always thought us kids were diabetic because we drank so much water, but we just loved it. None of us are diabetic and we have all grown up to be great drinkers. Later I think mum moved on to a filter, and we used that just as much.

My bro is in Bolivia right now, so hopefully not drinking the tap water! Eeeek!

All spring water tastes pretty much the same to me except the water from a company called RainFarm... but sadly they seem to have folded DH and I LOVED that stuff! It tasted like tank water. Apparently it was farmed over canopies of trees in QLD... it was a cottage industry. Coles had it for a while... about 3 - 4 years then it suddenly stopped. Anyhow, not technically "spring" water... just very pure rain water.
