Help !! whats going on

Hey girls
haven't been on for a while sorry and i kinda need advice. For the last 5 days ive been feeling nausea's, cramps, light headed and just generally down and yuck i had my period a week ago had it for 1 day im kinda confused and have no idea whats going on. Has anyone else felt like this and has an idea whats wrong. I havent been to the dr yet as my dr is booked out till next fri. please any advice will help alot

The one day of bleeding might have been implantation bleed but I am not sure. Hope you are feeling better soon

not sure bout the pregnancy thing i havent taken a test yet but i never bleed when i was pregnant with the twins so im not sure about this time i will take a test i think
