I think my 2 yr old has a wart on finger?

So all of a sudden I see a big raised white pimple on his finger. its quite big. I thought maybe at first he burnt himself but how could he at daycare and I wud know at home. I think its a wart? I read they will eventually disappear? I remember having one as a kid, mum wud put stuff on it to burn it. It eventually fell off...

my Dd had something like that, it went away like 3 weeks later, all we can think of is she bashed her finger in something and it was a blister and dead skin

if your really worried or it is annoying him take him to see the DR

My son's both have a few warts on them im not overly worried but once i have had this bub i will be taking them to the Dr's and seeing what they would reccommend me doing for them, i know i had a few when i was younger and Mum used to put this special cream onto them and they eventually died and fell off. I think these days they burn them off but not sure that would be very pleasent for littlies.
