BBT and mouth breathing, forgetting... correct?

    Hi all,

I'll make this brief because I posted this once already but it seems to have been eaten by the web site!

I am charting my temp atm, and have done it before but never had any real questions. I do now though, as I've run into a few things I didn't before.

I woke up this mornign and I was breathing through my mouth. Felt like I'd been doing it for quite a while and I know that mouth breathing = lower temperatures.

My ov pattern isn't always that clear so I don't really want anything affecting my temps if I can help it! Should I correct this at all on my chart? I was tempted to put my temp up just a little, but IDK...

Also, I've noticed that sometimes when I'm particularly out of it when I wake up I roll out of bed, go to the bathroom and while I'm in there I realise I've forgotten to take my temperature so I run back to the bedroom, throw myself into bed and take it then instead. The max I ever would have been out of bed for this is 5 mins. Should I somehow correct this on my chart?

    Thanks all!

Your mouth is supposed to have been closed for at least 4 minutes before checking the temp, so just close your mouth and wait 4 minutes

If you've been up to do anything at all, for any amount of time, the temp is invalid, and has to be discarded. Just put a note under it or something, so you will know when referring to it later.
