So i just made a batch of choc chip and hazelnut muffins. BUT i made a mistake and only put one TEASPOON of baking powder in instead of one TABLEspoon. They are now cooked but quite flat!
Any ideas or recipies that i can do to use the flat muffins....didnt want to just trow them away if i can make something else.
Thanks
You could split them like a scone and spread them with nutella or something similar and a little bit of whipped cream, then reassemble like little sandwiches. I'll try to think of other things... Crumble them up and use them in truffles maybe?

Make a triffle Or a summer pudding! Or slice them up and dip them in french toast mix and fry them OR crumble them up and stir through softened ice cream and put back into the freezer. OR crumble and blitz with a a few cups of cream cheese icing and make truffles!
ooooo....they all sounds better than the actualy muffins! ice cream sounds good, as does triffle/summer pud. truffles are more work than i wanted. or choc sadwiches, yum!
Think il go ice cream unless someone else have an amazing idea, its cheapest i think and it was ment to be a cheap, quick sunday treat!!!! thanks all
