Tiled Bathroom - How To Clean?

We're going to be moving soon to a house that has two bathrooms (yay) which are both tiled - floor and half-way up wall.

My current bathroom has a wooden floor, no tiles on the wall except for the shower.

I'm a bit bemused by my new bathrooms. Obviously I'm meant to mop the floor but what do I do with the walls? Mop those too or will they not get that dirty? Should I send DD in with a water pistol?

Windex and terry toweling is fine Try not to buy the "blue" windex because it can stain the grout. It works best. Otherwise Metho water solution and terry toweling works well as well.

Thanks Rouge. I'm a bit addicted to eucalyptus oil (diluted) - would that work d'you think?

I just clean with a spray and wipe and a cloth. To be honest I only need to clean the area in the shower that gets soap scum on it and then again around the vanity. The floor I wash the same as our floor boards just with a mop and floor cleaning product. Our's stays pretty clean except the shower so its not much work. The shower screen is the worst to clean.

Viilda make a funky bathroom cleaning moppy thing that's great for walls, it's designed for tiled walls. I spray water/vinegar on the walls with a squirty then scrub them with this thingy and it's good.

Then rinse with water on a damp old towel.

Oooo, I was wondering myself how to clean them. DP comes home from work with grubby hands and seems to always search for the light switch Stuff going all the way to the ceiling though.
