For many years now, at least once a week (last week twice) I dream about cyclones, they come and destroy everything and sometimes I hide from them, but I wake up before it passes so I dont know what happens.
Im sure this has some kind of meaning to it as it keeps happening, all the time.
I've only just realized it is reaccuring because I usually tell dh about my dreams and he is starting to say that I dream of cyclones alot. Can anybody help?
Do you dream of them in cycles? Meaning do you have times where you dream other things and then the cyclone dreams start up again? Or literally every week?
I experience a similar thing with lions, but my lion dreams always come in cycles.
Cyclones often symbolize suspense, change or are an omen for trouble for people around you. It depends on whether you just hear/see a cyclone coming or you actually see it destroy things.
The fact you often wake means it sounds more like the suspense option to me. Are you feeling like you are trying to avoid something looming over you? Or you need to escape from something? Is there a big change on your horizon?
Yes it probably does come in cycles, and I've not actually been in one myself but I see them destroying things and I'm always trying to get away from them.

oh dear, this might be about my grandfather.. he keeps having strokes, last year he had a few big ones and he's had a few this year too. last week my nana was very sick and he was in tears worring about her as he cant do much for himself anymore and he'll have to go to a home if she cannot look after him.
I will have to wait till next time it happens and see what is going on around the time.
The thing is we are waiting for him to have another 'big stroke' as the doctors say it will kill him. It is slowly killing my strong nana too as she is unable to care for herself anymore she is so worn out, it is causing alot of family fueds and people being knocked off her will because of what they are telling her to do.
Thanks for your help. Not much I can do about the situation but it's good to know why I am having these dreams.
