    Question I'm missing something...

You know that feeling, and you can't remember what you are missing?

I've just done up my budget and it doesn't look right! I think I've forgotten to add something but I can't remember what it could be (darn stupid baby brain)

    I have:
    Home insurance
    Car insurance
    health insurance
    child care
    food
    mortgage
    petrol
    rates
car parking ($20 a week mind you pfft!)
    Body corp fees
    phones (mobile)
internet (home phone and internet are bundled)
    electricity

    What else have I forgotten!?!?

We don't have gas, and as far as I know, water is calculated on your rates every half like it was when i was in queensland?

(unless someone from tassie comes in and tells me different!! we haven't had our house for long enough..)

We get our water rates every quarter, not tapped onto our council rates up here. So could be like that here. You might want to check so you can budget for it

When I thiknk i have forgotten something I check it all against my bank statements.. I pay most of my bills using Internet Banking now so I know how much and where it goes and the following month I can go through it again to make sure I have it right

    [/QUOTE

Limeslice, I see you are in WA. It must be different for you guys but in NSW when we are paying our rego we have to get a pink slip for the car and then pay for a Compulsory Third Part Green Slip which covers the car owner for any injuries sustained by people in an at fault accident...that is my understanding anyway..you have to get the pink & green slips before you can renew your rego.
