Thumbs down Arghhhhh my toilets blocked!!!!

Does anyone have any ideas on how to unblock a toilet??

We initially tried just using the toilet brush, no success..

Then he wrapped the brush in a tea towel and in a plastic bag, no success..

Then he used a bath towel and went for it, the water went down but when he flushed again it rose back to the top.

Hes now cracked it and said a plumber can come deal with it, great so in the mean time i'll have to hold on if i need to pee NOT HAPPY.

I had noticed it being rather weird, a few times when ive flushed its made a gargling noise at me.. strange..

    Anyone have any more suggestions????

Our toilet did that. It used to fill up or sometimes just bubbled up like in a horror movie, just before the monster of the balck lagoon emerged
A pipe was cracked in the back yard and therefore the TP was blocking it. They ended up digging up the back yard to replace it.
It may not be that bad for you guys. Hopefully its something that is easy to fix

you can get the hose and poke that through the s bendif you hit a blockage and it wont poke through you can turn on the hose and hopefully that will push it through.

My DH's tip is to fill a bucket of water, then hold it up as high as you can and tip it into the bowl. The force of the water can act like a 'flush' and push the blockage through. HTH.
