going back to work i am now gonna have about 4000 income for this year. i wasnt planning on going back to work at all this year so had told c'link my income was going to be 0! so i am probably going to be getting a bill hey? :-(

Maybe. You may not depending on whether you have over estimated your DH's income.

Ring them today and change your estimate. They'll take money out of your fotnightly payment and you should be square by tax time.

Ring them and change your estimate up - that way at least they can make any adjustments and your bill won't be as big if you get one.

it will impact your ftba payment for the year - it's still under the low income threshold for ftbb. if you add 4000 to your ftba income for the year, the most you'll be overpaid is 800 - they will adjust your fortnightly payments to try and avoid this, as well as knowing you have the supplements for end of year which will be used to offset any debts anyway. if you're already over estimated your partners income, it may not impact you anyway
