A few cleaning Q's...pencil on walls mainly!

Ok, we've worked out that sugar soap & water works great on lead pencil when its on gloss paint.
Hair spray usually works good for texta on wall paint, but for some reason these walls don't like hair spray

    So,
    1... pen on gloss paint

2... coloured pencil on gloss paint

3... texta on normal wall paint. Hairspray seemed to start to strip the paint, but I'm not sure if thats what it was, or because the walls have a nice layer of grubbiness over them. I don't think thats it, but now there seems to be a nice white patch on the slight peachy coloured wall...

    4... sticker residue on windows

I'm thinking about trying metho on what I don't find something else for. If anyone else has tried it can you let me know how it went? Just so I know it won't hurt anything??

I thik thats all... I'll come back with more questions later I'm sure. Need all the marks off the walls for the house to go on the market, so I get to clean off ours & the previous tennants. Gotta love that!

for all my walls I use chux magic erasers. Have even used them in the car when one of my kids took to the inside of my car with permanent texta.

Any suggestions I might already have at home?
I have no car today & closest supermaket that would have them is 15 kms away! Can't get there tomorrow either & need it done by Monday!

Eucalyptus oil? Ajax cleaner. Can't suggest much aside from the magic eraser! Jif maybe. Sugar soap, but that's a bit nasty, so make sure to wear gloves if you use it with the door/windows open.

    Good luck!

either hairspray or WD40 for the stain and then wipe with whatever you clean with to get rid if the residue.

WD40 in particular for the window and hairspray for the walls.

Don't use magic erasers - they'll take the top coat off your paint.
