the last few days i have had sharp stabing period like cramps but no AF.. i have had some light spotting but its been a dark red/brown colour. i has some bad cramping and light spotting about 2 months ago aswell.

just wondering if it could be a sign of AF returning or if i should go to the docs to have it checked out?
