    how does it work?

We are resting, and iv lost my keys- im pretty sure they have to be in the house somwhere but i cant find them anywhere.

we are thinking in case they were left outside or someone has picked them up about getting the locks changed just in case as we are a little worried

how does this work? do we pay ? does the real estate just get it done if we tell them?

    what happens here

the realeaste may redo the locks for you, but they will likely charge you the costs because you lost the keys.

Best to call them and ask.

Yep, you would pay for it. You can just call a locksmith as soon as you like and get it done, then you tell the RE after and give them a copy of the key(s).

    Hope they turn up though.

    Hehe lucky you found them!

In future if you have lost your keys i imagine the real estate would have a spare set you can get some cut? Or for peace of mind youd probably have to pay to have the locks changed
