Activities for my almost 3 year old?

    Hi all,
Im wanting to get DS into some sort of sport/activity.. is he too young?
He is very active and i honestly dont have the energy to keep up with him!
At the moment all i can think of is swimming or dancing!!
    Any other ideas?

Do they still have Kindergym? I wanted to take my kids there but there weren't any in my area.

There's a group called sportsbuzz, not sure if they extend to you or are just in melbourne but they do variety sports thru out the term.
Gymabaroo is great one. DD loved going.
Do you have rec centre or something? Ours has alot on for pre schoolers so you'res might to.

Some Little Athletics run groups for 3 years & up - nothing major - but you might have to wait until Spring because the Little A season has finished for summer.

circus skills! we are putting DD in when she turns 3 (they have to be 3...so might not be appropriate now for your DS, but maybe check...).

There is a kinder gym at the showgrounds and I think another one at the indoor tennis centre. The people at the showground one seem quite nice and they had lots of different sessions during the week with no requirement to book for a whole semester (well that was last year, I assume they are still the same).
