are dolls like cars?

Do they end up ALL over the house?

I often find matchbox cars in the kitchen, on the tables, under the couch, on the floor, in the bath. But today I found one IN MY BED!

Do people with girls find dolls everywhere? If #3 is a girl, can I look forward to finding cars AND dolls in odd places?

YES!!!!!!

DD1 is terrible for this, she's forever putting her dolly's to bed because 'they're sick' or 'they've had a big day mummy and they need their rest'. But they don't just go in her bed. Nooooo, they go in my bed, on the lounge with a blanket, in the picnic basket even! And it's just not the dolls, but the dolls blankets, clothes, washer (cause you know, dolly is sick and all )

Hmm well I find dolls in the toilet (not in the bowl, just behind the door usually) and today I had two in the kitchen, one on the treadmill (must of wanted a run or something - competing with barbie?) but nowhere near as many places as what cars end up. Cars get everywhere. Dolls are bigger and harder to trip over.. oh I mean hide.

Yes dolls are the same.. DD1 has a couple of dolls and i find them in very odd places.

Hidden in the cupboard under the laundry sink, behind doors, under couch cushions... but saying that she has some cars and i find them everywhere too, you will prob find if #3 is a girl she will be hiding the cars while the boys hide the dolls

there's a barbie just outside the loo....Nate was playing with her, there's one in front of the telly...think that's Nate's too and I just took the baby (doll) out of our bed so I could turn it down. When the thousand other dolls aren't in storage they can be found in many unusual (to me - not to Darcy) spots....well travelled our dolls
Advantage with cars is that while they are a bit ouchy to find under your bum or your foot they don't have a load of paraphernalia that can possibly go with them.
You'll find youself rescuing all manner of items that the 'dolls were using". I used to run out of clothes for Nate cos the dolls were cold...then the facewashers and baby wraps started disappearing....teatowels, scarves, etc etc

Yes! But they come with a plethora of accessories that also end up strewn all over the house at least with cars it is just cars LOL.

The older the child is the worse it gets. The dolls have more accessories that are smaller. You may find yourself pulling apart the house just to look for one lost shoe or bag that Barbie just has to have.
