    What things have you sold?

    To make some extra money?
I'm going through my garage and house looking for things i don't need/use/want to sell to make some extra money to pay the deposit on a course I want to do.
I've found a few things.. but i'm sure there'll be things I've not even thought of.

So what kinds of things have you sold?

DP has sold about $2500 worth of model cars he collects to put towards renos to the house.

I dont have many possessions really to sell :/

I sell everything I don't need or haven't used in a while. I have sold all of DD2's baby things, beds, desks, pram, lawnmower, table, toys and the list goes on. I say if you don't use it and won't in the next 6 months then get rid of it. I use Ebay and it works for me.

So far I've sold (well, put on eBay anyways) a few of DS baby clothes, the 0000 ones because we're not planning on #2 until DS is about 3 (the bare minimum) or 4 (which is more likely) and think that we'll have enough cash when he's that age to start getting them.. And in case it's a girl, we'll have too many blue clothes!

I have sold clothes, platters, tools, books, wedding hoop and just every day stuff around the house which we didn't use anymore. I think this year alone I have made over $300

I've sold my clothes and shoes that I dont wear anymore. I don't bother unless it's a popular brand name though because I like to get at least $50 or over per item or i cant be bothered listing, posting etc.

DH and I have just started stockpiling the things we want to sell. now that we have bought our house and can see what we use and dont use, the stuff that doesnt fit etc is going to get sold.

so far we have: a chicco stroller, silky oak telephone table, formica table and chairs (this was a hard one to say to sell as we bought it straight from the set of 'the matrix' and thought that was cool lol), lawnmower (no longer live on a 1200sqm block....ahh melbourne lol), a dog crate...hmmm trying to visualise our shed where we are keeping the stuff....oh and some of the gifted clothes that family bought DD and that is not the right season (and therefore never got to wear...they live in italy, so sometimes get confused!). i *think* that might be it so far...hoping to get the confidence up to post on Ebay LOL!

Clothes, esp my dresses. Bike frames and parts.

If we really needed cash, then one day I might be able to part with my retro orange cookware collection (but we would have to be really broke)
