I have two DVDs I do at home (both retail around $20):
Aussie Fit - Pregnancy Fitness Plan. Which is a lot more energetic - like a light fitness class at the gym. I find some of their exercises are probably not all that suitable of you have any pelvic instability (stepping is a bit too wide, but my SPD isn't too bad, so I tough it out).
Great Expectations - fitball pregnancy program. This was given to me by the work myotherapist who used to work at a pregnancy-oriented osteopath clinic in Melbourne. I like this one a little more as it's a bit lower impact still, and you get to work on a fitball (great practice for labor!).
Out of the two, given that you really like Zumba, the first one would be more enjoyable for you. But if you are worried about bleeding, the second one is much lower impact.
Personally, I use the DVDs, and I go to BodyBalance (yoga), Aqua Aerobics, and BodyVive (old ladies exercise class) at the gym. And when I can, I walk - which is the cheapest & most effective work out a preggy lady can do.![]()
