Um I had a couple when pregnant, I just let them be and they cleared up after a while. Can try rubbing some isocol or something on it? Or metho if you are so inclined...
BUT - do not EVER put turps on your pubic area. I've done it. And it cures NOTHING and BURNS like anything.
Oh - and don't ask why I did that.

But something that heals pimples fast on other areas is if you put toothpaste on it overnight.. maybe not if its on the inside of the groin area. I think its meant to dry it out, got to be the white plain toothpaste though not the clear ones

Tea tree oil ointment or betadine ointment. Look after it because if it gets too festy you will have to go to the drs to get some ABs - BTDT

Cyclists get em all the time. And about 50 times as much when pg. It's gross.
I pop and squeeze. Then load it up with pawpaw ointment. Works well.
And I use shammy cream to prevent them. But if you don't cycle, that's a useless tip!

Unfortunately with blind pimples I've found the best course of action is to leave 'em alone. Don't try and force it to pop, just wait for the body to reabsorb it.
Try different undies or go commando where possible so you aren't irritating the skin...and yeah, keep it clean, but apart from that it will heal quicker if you don't squeeze it.

Tea Tree Oil is my top tip, otherwise...
1) Poke it with a pin to open it up a bit
2) Get a small plastic bottle (eg a 330ml coke bottle) and a really cold cloth (a face washer or something that will cover the bottle, soaked in ice water), and a bowl of piping hot water
3) Dunk the bottle in the hot water, stick the opening over the blind pimple and 'seal' it (ie press it into your skin), then really quickly, throw the cold cloth over the bottle and watch it shrink. The warm air in the bottle contracts with the application of the cold cloth and it should suck your skin up into the neck of the bottle, and if done correctly, will draw most of the gunk out of the pimple
It's quick and easy once you work out how it's meant to go, then once you've drawn out as much as you can (you can repeat the process as many times as you like), dab it with tea tree oil or similar and see how it goes in a few days

as for the pimples.. i got one under my boob atm, not nice. Waiting for it to rear its ugly head so i can pop it.. (eeew that sounds really gross when i read back over it haha)

I normally pop them if I can. Otherwise maybe some ice or cold compress will help. Adn I agree with the tea tree oil. Maybe see if your DH will check if there's an ingrown hair or anything there. I have had a huge hair in one before!!

When I get pimples like that I put Savlon on them overnight. It draws the puss to the surface and they pop easily in the morning. I usually pop them in the shower.
