Got a good recipe for ANZAC bickies?

Does anyone have a good recipe for ANZAC bickies? Yes, I know I'm a day late...

I like them when they are crispy on the outside and still a little bit chewy on the inside. Whenever I try to make them they end up too flat and soggy!

    Thanks!

i use this one its a weight watchers one....

1 cup (150g) plain wholemeal flour - can use white
    1 cup (80g) rolled oats
    1/2 cup (40g) desicated coconut
    1/2 cup (100g) brown sugar
    1 tsp bicarb soda
100g weight watchers canola sspread (can use whatever butter u have)
    3 tbl spn golden syrup

pre heat oven to 170 degrees

in a bowl combine the flour, oats, coconut, brown sugar and bi carb

in a sauepan over low heat melt butter and golden syrup together

then mix golden syrup mix into dry mix till well combined

roll into balls and place on lined baking trays

cook for 15-20 mins till golden in colour......

i find mine care quite soft when they come out of the oven but i let them sit for 15mins and them take them off the tray and they are soft in the middle and firm on the outside!!

makes either 22 small ones or about 12 normal sized ones!!!!
