I think something's wrong with my Kitchen Aid?

Hi guys, just a quick question. My Kitchen Aid is not locking it's head down while it's mixing iykwim? like you can lift the head of it while it's still mixing. i don't know if you've always been able to do this- or if it is broken. please help- the warranty is only 12 months so i need to get onto it quick smart. thank you

Mine only lifts when i move the leaver....... i'd call the distributers and ask them about it.....

that's what i thought. i'm so upset.

i called the shop and they told me to ring the distributor but it's closed today

Ring them definitely and they will advise you where to take it if it needs to be looked at. Good luck!
