Google Pate Brisee. Martha Stewart does my fave. It is the best pie crust recipe. Whatever you do, do not make a basic shortcrust (yes it translates to Short Dough... for the french enthusiasts but it is different!) as it's just NOT the same.

She also does an awesome Apple Pie too.
