    Question Vegie fritters - how?

Ok so I got the idea from my other no- fail vegie meal thread, and I've half made them.. and now I'm stuffed for what to do next with it.. LOL

I've grated some carrot, pumpkin, zucchini and sweet potato, chucked in a few eggs (cos my eggs are only small and there's a bit of vegie there!) and now wondering how to turn it exactly into fritters? ROFL

Do I need to add milk and flour?

i just pop the mixture in egg rings in the pan, i have the silicon egg rings so they pop out quiet easily, my girls loooooooooove them, i dont add flour but do add a tiny amount of milk. mine are more like mini omlettes.
Oh and i fry off the grated vegies first

I add a bit of flour (say 1/4 - 1/2 cup) and some grated cheese.

    Yummo.

When I make them I add flour and milk too, and grated cheese. Then I drop spoonfuls onto a heated, greased fry pan

i make them without any flour - they are lighter that way...yum! my kids love them...
grated onion in there goes down well too - it becomes quite sweet
