First time IVF - MIVF FS experiences?

Hi ladies, how are you. I've been reading and posting on belly belly (great site and everyone is so supportive here!) for a while now, but this is my first visit to the IVF foums.

I've always assumed my fertility was fine - that when I was ready my body would be. It did take 7 months to fall pregnant the first time, but I still thought all was well. Until that pregnancy turned out to be an ectopic, the following 6 months ttc yeilded no bfp, and my recent lap showed severe stage 4 endo, with my remaining tube fully blocked.

So here I am about to jump on the IVF rollercoaster! I know I want to go to MIVF as it's so convenient to me, and I figure anything that makes the process easier is good, right?!

So, I'm wondering if anyone has experiences with any of the FS there? The first available appointment is with Dr. McBain, so any experience with him in particular would be very welcome. I'm kind of in shock about the whole process so someone happy to take time to explain things would be great.
