Essentials range? slow cooker

I am looking into getting a slow cooker.. I saw at safeway that they have the essentials one for 29.95$. Has anyone got one? Or should I spend more on a different one? Tia

We have a Breville one and it is excellent. From past experience on the 'essentials' range, it may not be great quality. I haven't had the slow cooker, a few other things like a jaffle maker and so on and the quality is not great. The slow cooker needs to have a really good insert, one that cleans up easily and want scratch otherwise your meals may stick.
