Righto, so we're almost halfway through 2010 already so now it's time to really put down in writing our goals for this year and keep working towards them.
Lets keep each other motivated, lets work hard and lets celebrate together when we meet & exceed our targets! WE CAN DO IT!!
Winter - Run 10km fun run non stop at the end of May.
Mother Goose - Loose 8kg minimum & be back running by December
Heather72 - keep on keepin' on! Sticking to fitness routine
CQ - wants to get more resistance training done in the gym
Eluned - Run 5km
Um, I have no idea what my fitness goal should be...I had a weight loss goal and have achieved that, and to be honest I haven't thought any further than that .
Hmmm, I'll have to think about that and get back to ya Winter .
