    Question Ham and cheese muffins?

I have a recipe here for savoury muffins, but unsure as to whether they would taste nice if I left everything else out and just had ham and cheese in there.

So just wondering if someone had a nice recipe for ham and cheese muffins - or alternatively - just cheese that I can add in some ham to the mixture?

    Please?

Ham and Cheese Muffins (from the 4 Ingredients book) - Makes 12

    250g grated cheese
    2 cups SR flour
    1.5 cups milk
    0.5 cup chopped ham slices

Sift flour and make a well in the middle, pour in milk , cheese and two thirds of chopped ham. Mix until combined. Spoon into 12 large muffin tins and place a little of the remaining chopped ham on top of each one. Bake at 180 for 25 mins until tops are golden brown.... These can be frozen

Now I read your thread again, I don't know if this'll help! Ah, well, there's a recipe for them anyway
