Which Veggies with a Curry?
I'm cooking a curry tonight for the first time (Massuman sp?) and I want to have veggies with it...which veggies would you put with a curry because I normally never do...
I'm putting pots in but they don't count! So which veggies and how would you cook them? In with the curry or stir fried on the side or something?
TIA

pumpkin
beans
cauli
broccoli
potato
carrot
sweet potato
onion
any of these- cook in with the curry. potato/carrot go in earlier. broccoli/cauli don't need so long to cook.
mmm, massaman curry. can i come?

massaman curry. Hmm
peas, potato, maybe carrots or cauli?
What about beans (white, chickpeas, kidney etc), have you considered them?
A lot of curries dont have as many vegies in them as you'd expect, lots only have 1-3 not counting onion.
I put everything in the one pot.
