removing stains on multi colour items

HELP.

I am NOT a domestic goddess and I need your help. I have a few of the kids items that have stains on them (the white bits) and I'd love to bleach them but fear that I will wreck the clothes if the bleach seeps past the white material.

1 item is an aqua shirt with long white sleeves and the other is a white t-shirt with rubber writing on it, and purple stitching.

I have tried soaking them in nappy san a million times and I'm at a loss.

Is there anything I can do?

Try sard wonder soap (the bar), you wet the area then rub the soap on the stain, then wash as normal
