Black dots in poop?

Hey girlies!
I do have a dr appointment in a hour, but wanted to get some heads up first...

i have just changed DS nappy and he has little black dots all thru his poo? Despite it being the worlds biggest poop ever (requiring us to both have a shower to rinse it all off because a flannel was just not going to cut it) everything else about it was normal.
He is 4 months old on Monday and BF only.

I know there is a thread about this somewhere, but I've had a read thru and the lady who OP didn't come back to say what it ended up being.

What could it be?

Sorry i don't know what it is my my DS had the EXACT same thing about a month ago.. It was almost like someone had sprinkled pepper in his poo! He was fine, and it was just the one poo so i didn't worry too much about it.
