Three Hours Per Week To Keep House Clean(ish) I Reckon

So we're selling our house and are having two openings per week.

It has been a bit of an eye-opener in terms of keeping the house clean.

I reckon it takes two of us three hours per week - 90 mins before each opening, depending on how much DD is destroying along the way.

This is to: tidy and spot clean all rooms (not much to tidy though as we've done a huge declutter), vacuum whole house, thoroughly cleaning kitchen, thoroughly cleaning bathroom.

We're not mopping floors each time though but I reckon we could fit that into the 90 mins if DD wasn't getting in the way - unmaking beds, resticky fingering windows, bar stools etc.

I must admit it's been great to live in a clean & tidy house. I'm trying to convince DP that we should do this when we move to our new house. Pretend we've got an inspection on and do sprees of frenzied activities.

I got mine down to 20 mins a day before random issues (sprained ankle, boil on butt, strained hamstring). Feels nice to live in a tidy house doesn't it?
