    help!! onion breath

    i have the worst onion taste in my mouth and on my hands. its making me gag! yukkk

    whats the best way to get rid of it??

    For the hands, try rubbing them on something stainless steel (not sure if it works but have been told it does) and for the breath ummm maybe brush your teeth?

    ive heard the stainless steel thing to. see if i have something lol. ive brushed my teeth like 4 times and had an endless supply of gum but its still there. so gross

    parsley supposedly helps with garlic breath, so in theory may work! have u got any parsley growing out the back?

    Stainless steel totally works - we use it in this house all the time.

    For the breath - parsley and mint are both good. Munching down a single coffee bean is meant to work, but surely that just gives you coffee breath?

    Also, a yoga technique is to hold your teeth together and inhale through your mouth, then exhale through your nose. Helps.

    Ergh. I hate onion breath. I drink like 6 billion litres of water. And it doesn't fix it, but does stop me breathing on people.
