We are off to Gold Coast in 10 days and looking at going to Shuck for my birthday dinner.
Had a look online and the menu is sublime, the wine list excellent...drooling...lol
But the only person I know who has been there was there 3 years ago, when the restaurant was under a different chef, and entirely seafood oriented.
So I am wondering if anyone has any reviews, good or bad on the place (it is pricey so really don't want to waste good money on a dud experience...)
