Hi,
The other day I had some chicken thighs and I put with them...
wholegrain mustard
dijon mustard
lightly fried the chicken with some schallots
vegeta and chicken stock
some potatoes for dh
fresh parsley
When it was cooked I added a low fat philly that is supposed to be better for you than cream
Then I made dh a pilaf rice and me just some boiled wild rice.
Didnt taste too bad...![]()
