    Bloodstains - Oh No!

I've been selling off my old UCW display stock - sick of it taking up space, all of its too small for me, might as well make a buck!

Anyway, last week I sold 2 pairs of PJ pants to one user, and DH helped me get everything ready for posting, and put all the orders in separate plastic bags that were on the table from shopping the night before.

I've just received an email from the user with the 2 pj pants, saying that she tried on the lighter coloured pair and there are bloodstains on the left leg! I posted everything in the plastic bags, and I know there were no stains on them when I listed them, so the only thing I can think of is that there was some moisture in the bag from the meat, and its stained the pants

I feel sooooo bad. I've offered her a refund of the pants, and said she can also keep them if she's happy to - but I still feel so bad I hate buying something and it turns out to be a disappointment, I should've checked the bags before DH put the stuff in them

Tell me, would you be happy enough with a refund? Or is she gonna give me bad feedback?

I would be happy with a refund - I won a set of overalls and tshirt - when I got them yesterday the tshirt has a big yellow stain across the front and when I contacted the seller, she offered refund if I return - hardly worth being out of pocket for that hey?

Yep I'd be happy with a refund and leave positive feedback cos you offered.

Recently i bought something that wasn't as I expected it. I emailed her and all she sent was an apology! Needless to say it wasn't glowing feedback.
