    Passionfruit butter

    I bought some today at our local farmers markets this morning but don't really know what to do with it???
    Any suggestions??

    Inside cupcakes, on scones, in shortbread rounds (cooked in patty tin) and topped with cream, inside a sponge, mixed with whipped cream or marscapone and make a fruity tiramisu or trifle...

    My dad use to use paasionfruit butter in between melting moments!!! YUMMMMMM!!!!! I think I migh make some today!! YUMMMMMM!!!! Lol.
