Payment deciphering?

Hi,

I just logged on to my centrelink account and found I am going to start getting payments. In the details it says that I am receiving a 'one time payment of BBY' for $398.85. Can anyone shed light on what this is for? It seems to be the amount for the baby bonus but that isn't a one time payment?! So I am now confused.

Can anyone help?

because the time frame for the baby bonus is limited to the 13 fortnights and is not ongoing beyond that, each individual payment is coded as a one time payment on your file and will appear as such on your c'link online services.
