    washed the enjo??

DD1 has a thing about putting things in the washing machine...usually i check before a load(washing spoons is very noisy)
Anyways I didnt check today and in the washing machine when I got the clothes out was the enjo mop pad??? I know a little bit of washing powder is ok but fabric softener is a no no
    Does this mean its wrecked??
*note to self* buy next washing machine with child lock

Does it look or feel wrecked? Try it out - does it still work? That's my flow chart...

It's probably OK. We don't use fabric softener in our house, so I've never done it. But maybe just rewash it, and give it a go. Man, Enjo mops are so awesome that even if it loses half its power, it's still gonna rock.

It wouldn't be wrecked, but it might now repel water.. ie the fibres might be coated and not work properly. It just needs a strip wash to get the fabric softener off. You could use vinegar, or you could use a couple of drops of dishwashing liquid in the wash.
