    Red face Prenancy exercise DVD's?

    Can anyone suggest any?

A friend & I started pilates & some other types of fitness a few months ago & we were going pretty good, til I found out I was utd. We've done nothing since.

We pulled out my pilates for mum's, which has birth - 6 weeks, 6 weeks to 4 months & onwards, but with my pelvis (spd) I couldn't do much of it at all.

I did do the Carmen Electra strip tease warm up & got though it very well though. I quite enjoyed it & it had no affect on my spd at all & stayed away from the tummy area as well. Its only a warm up, but since it was good for me, we'll try to stick at it.

Thing is, my friend isn't pregnant. She wants to do more, but sitting watching her & motivating her isn't enough for me. It frustrates me & I just want to do it too, even though I can't.

So are there pregnancy DVD's out there? Pilate's, yoga, anything at all really that isn't non stop jumping & no floor exercises. I can't do any of them coz of my spd.

Something that will include pelvic floor, inner core strength would be great, since those types are supposed to help my spd as well as my birth!

Any suggestions would be really great!
    Thankyou

I think I have a pregnancy excercide DVD somewhere called Preggie Bellies or something similar. Let me have a hunt for it. If I can find it you can have it if you like.
