Financial advisor/planner?
Hi All,
We just signed up to use a financial advisor for our super. Has anyone else used a financial advisor? We got a few pointers to help us plan our future and finances.
I think it's a very wise thing to do. It's important to know where your money is going and to plan for the future. I don't have any tips, but I do say don't feel it's a waste, cause it won't be.

Well i guess with the super i dont see a difference between what i am doing now. I have it with AMP but he will be managing it and of course taking commission from it.
But he was also telling us to get life insurance but my company already provides that but he essentially is saying that if i get it now it will be cheaper as it increases with age etc.
A Financial Planner with an AFSL LIcense which is what is require by the government to give advice, normally would not advise on homeloans.
Mum2one sweet bum - if you are unsure of anything PM and I am happyu to anwer any questions. Or if you are happy to post them here what fees is he charging? UPfront and ongoing?
