I have a wool doona, but this is how i wash it if an emergency happens. (Can you Sard the stain?)
I put a bit of lukewarm water in the bathtub and dissolve woolwash in there (it's pretty gentle so maybe it would be ok with feathers????)
Put the doona in and add a bit more water so it's sorta covered.
Hope on in there and walk all over it, use my hands to wash out the harder bits.
Let the water out and stand on it to get as much water out as I can
Haul it out to the line and hose it. I usually hang it over about 5 lines though as it weighs a tonne.
THe pillows can be done the same way, but some washing machines will do them on gentle.
Walls....gumption? WD40? (that seems to get waxy types stains off anything, followed by a detergent/oil fighting clean)
Clothes....same grease issues....ummm some dishwashing soap and a bit of water on the stain first???
Tested white spirit on one of the pillow cases and then hot wash with lux flakes. don't think I've seen that pillow case so white since I bought it. So tomorrow, will attack everything.
