Looks like it's all over for us too

After 15 months of fabulous feeding it looks like my DD2 has decided to transfer her affections from mummy to the "bobble". Since Monday she has been waking up asking for the "bobble" and not "mee-ah" (milk) She has been shaking her head saying "no" when I ask if she wants mummy milk.

We were down to just the morning feed anyway but I am sad that Sunday was the last time I will ever use my bb's to nourish a child. I'm feeling a bit melancholy as DD2 is my last baby. I guess the upside is that we made it to 15 months and soon I will be able to go shopping for sexy new non-BF bras

Congratulations on what sounds like a beautiful breast feeding journey! Your DD is obviously ready to make the transition, but it so hard for us isn't it? At least it wsa her decision and made when she was ready, hugs to you hun, but you should be really proud of yourself!
Enjoy shopping for sexy new bras

Aww Congratulations on such a beautiful breast feeding journey, 15 months is a wonderful milestone to have reached

Weaning comes with a raft of emotions, saddness, and a sense of freedom as such, but you know that you have done an awesome job sustaining your little girl for 15 months and that she has chosen when she is ready to wean. That morning feeed may stay around for a while yet, take each one as if it is the last, and it makes each one so very special.

    Take care xxoo

You have done an amazing job Nai and to reach 15ths is incredible. She decided when she was ready to wean and you have just gone with DD2's flow. What a wonderful mumma you are
