Thunder Thighs Hips and Bum :)

So, other than the obvious walking/jogging, squats & lunges - is there any other exercises for your thighs hips and bum?

Without sounding OTT my upper body is not that bad - but my lower half, although in proportion is chunky. LOL I really dislike my legs. they are just SO thick

Sometimes i catch my reflection, stop, look back at myself and go DAYUM!! Is that really MY ass??

Take up bellydancing...not only does it tone, it will teach you a healthy appreciation for a good set of hips/bum/thighs. LOL

I have similar issues but like Marydean's philosophy. Sounds like it's just your body shape. I call my butt my "stores" it's where my body stores it's fat and apparently it's a good place! MUCH better than storing it around the tummy... less chance of disease like diabetes.

I lost quite a lot of weight 2 years ago but the proportions stayed the same.... and i looked "scrawny" up top. Now i aim to maintain a healthy weight and learn to wear flattering clothes. Belted coats and dresses are very flattering

What REALLY bugs me is that i don't drive and walk at least 4km a day... but my legs are still fat.... no it's not just muscle it's fat you'd think my legs would be burning it off??? Maybe when i start to drive my legs will shrink and waste away a bit? LOL

Good point Bath, it's much healthier biochemically to wear it there.

Oh, and you'd probably be surprised how many of your friends envy your curves.

My family often comment on my figure which makes me laugh! I am curvaceous (?) and i do love my curves I wouldnt change them for the world but even when i was 60kg I still had the curvy body so yes, it is my shape its just a bit larger than what i want it to be

I have ppl telling me 'oh ur not fat!!!' but i just laugh.

So .... I just bought a dvd on ebay Should be fun

Swimming and cycling. Both will tone, and are cardio, so are good for using up any extra fat stores as well.
