WAHP's i need your help!

Hi all,
I am looking for your help, as you all know Im a WAHM i never bothered with an ABN as i didnt have to as im not in the turnover to require one but recently i decided what the hell im getting an ABN so now I have all the tax obligations, how do you work out your tax? do you have an accountant or do it yourself?
Any info on tax will be very helpful ive ordered some info guides from the ATO but thought id ask here too as im more likely to get understandable answers!

We used quickbooks to help us work it out when we were working from home, it was too hard to work it out otherwise.
