Eating Protein and eating regularly to make sure you blood sugar levels are stabilized.
Knowing nothing of your diet I'd guess it's possibly high GI.
What sorts of things do you eat?

Definitely research your low-GI carbs and think about adding lots more fruit and veg and small amounts of protein to *everything* you eat. Some people get good results using thinks like whey protein and ground flax seeds to add to protein and fibre (and healthy oils) which can increase your sense of satisfaction.
I notice from your sig that you are breastfeeding and your bub is still quite young. This is not the time to be doing any major dieting, just eating healthy. You could very well be hungry all the time due to breastfeeding, I know I was.
