I really didnt know what to name this thread...silly isnt it.
After months of being down emotionally and mopping around in a cloude Ive decided the best way to medicate myself and feel better is to try and do atleast one positive thing a week.
The positives I plan on doing will be planned, not off the bat. I want to be able to say I knowling did something with a positive purpose. If unplanned ones step in, then even better..it will boost the positive vibes KWIM .
So this weeks is a bit of a secret...I have planned something along with another friend. Its a little risky but will make a big impact on things in an extremely positive light. Just need to wait until a certain day for it to come to a head and be finished. It will be very noticed.
I have planned one already for the week after which involves a grand trip away with a bunch of girls.
what is your positive thing you do to make you feel better?
I suppose my positive thing at the moment serves me and serves the community. I have started volunteering at our local historical village. I have a thing for the past and for dressing up, so it satisfies that need in me along with doing something different to being a SAHM. It also serves the community as the village is in real need of volunteers to be dressed up and make the place alive.
