My Ergo back buckle snapped - any suggestions?

Hi all,

The buckle that does up at the top of your back (when bubs is on the front) snapped! I was tightening the shoulder straps and it clean broke on one side.

I bought it a while ago online so I doubt I'd be able to return it. I think I had it all a bit too tight so it was probably my fault anyway.

What should I do? Can I buy a replacement buckle or strap?

help! I love my Ergo and I can't bear to be without it... Especially as bubs got his first cold today so I was expecting to be wearing him a lot over the next few days as we get through it. Crap timing.

go to the babes in arms site and contact them. They are the australian distributor of the ergo so they will be able to help you.
