Ear Drops 3 times a day but at what times??

My DD2 has eczema and now has it in and around her ears. I went to the Doctor and got drops and I have to give them to her 3 times a day but nowhere can I find how far apart I need to do it. Could I give them to her at breakfast, mid afternoon and bedtime? The drops I got are Sofradex.

If you were in hospital it would probably be around 8am 4pm and midnight. No one is going to expect you to get up at midnight, so I agree, breakfast, around early mid afternoon and bed time sound good.

I usually just go with meal times for the ease of remembering to do it. Unless it's medicine that can't be taken with food or something.. which then takes extra effort to remember LOL.
