Well, So far I've lost 28kg (I'm doing weight watchers)
But I've definately hit a brick wall. It has taken me 8 weeks to lose 3 kg
I have completely lost my motivation
Tonight I weigh in, and I know i've put on about 1.5kg this week.
I'm having more bad weeks than good.
What is your secret... How do you stay motivated??
I have about 10kg more to lose...

Wow, 28kg is an amazing effort! I've only just started and it's slow going. I'm finding this time round that every time I want something not so good, I think "would I want my baby eating/drinking this?" As we'll be TTC soon it's pretty good motivation for me so far!

have no advise cos I struggle myself. We have a challenge thread if you want you come on in. We try to motivate each other.

Got some new joggers today.
My motivation will be an iphone if i can accomplish my goal!! wooooop!!!!
