    PropertySMS?! WTHec?

I just recieved a text message form "propertySMS (no number available)'
    that reads

Hi, plumber will be attending tomorrow morning at 7 am to deal with sewage problem under house. For your information. TPM
    I've never had this before.

What does this mean? Is it on our property or in the street?
If it's on our property don't they have to give us 24/48 hours notice?

I'm a bit annoyed. What happened to a courtesy call or at least asking if 7am is ok?! How can they just assume that it's ok with us that they come that time in the morning and not even give us any fracking notice!? Seems really dodgy to me...

can you call your real estate agent? Or maybe council would know as sewage is a council thing? Seems a bit weird to get an sms about something major like that with hardly any notice, and 7am is ridiculously early for someone with a baby!

You haven't told anyone about problems with the sewage pipes or anything?

oops forgot to say, we do have a drainage problem in our backyard, but that's not sewage I dont think? (when it rains the pool/ backyard form whats more commonly known as a lake ) So maybe it's that? I just found it very rude. At the very least they should have given us some notice.

I think it's too late to call them now...

guess you'll be finding out at 7am tomorrow although being a plumber he'll probably be 2 or 3 hours late anyway

*sigh* yep I guess so... He'll probably turn up and make lots of noise just as I get Isaac "down" for his 8 30am sleep.
